How we engage
The path from this demo to your business running on it.
What you just watched is the system on Unified Manufacturing Group. The engagement that gets your business running on it has three stages. We use the same structure across every USL engagement, sized to the system you are building.
Stage 1
Revenue Impact Diagnostic
$45,0002 to 3 days on-site
We come prepared. We have studied your business, your channels, and your audit results. We spend two to three days on-site interviewing your sales team, channel managers, and finance lead. We pull your actual numbers and build the revenue model from your data, not industry averages. Within 7 to 10 business days you receive a digitized workflow map, a build roadmap, and a board-ready business case: revenue baseline, the gap, projected impact, payback period, IRR.
What you leave with
The workflow map, the build roadmap, the board-ready business case. Yours to keep, whether you build with us or not.
Why we charge for it
The Diagnostic is the engagement. On-site research, executive interviews, the financial case. It is real work. Charging for it signals that to your team, and ours.
Stage 2
Configuration Build
$120K to $275K6 to 10 weeks
We build your instance of the system you chose. Configured for your catalog, your pricing logic, your brand, your CRM, and the workflow your team actually runs. We deploy into your team. We run the training. We handle the workflow change, not just the software.
The commitment
The metric we agreed on after the Diagnostic is the metric we commit to. Not a feature list. Not a delivery milestone. A revenue outcome. The build is sized to hit it.
System-specific pricing is on each system's page.
Stage 3
Ongoing Partnership
Monthly
After go-live we stay in the business. Prompts evolve with your catalog. Pricing logic refines with your channels. We stay accountable to the metric committed to in the build. If the number is not moving, we say it first.
What this is not
A software license or a vendor support contract. You own the system. We keep it working for the outcome it was built for.
Diagnostic, build, partnership. Three stages. One commitment to the metric. Every engagement, every system, every client.
